Art, for me, serves as a cathartic outlet and a gateway to accessing the flow state.

In 2019, I found myself grappling with a collection of unresolved issues and the various coping mechanisms I had used to navigate through them. As part of my healing process, I embarked on a 12-step program.

This transformative journey not only assisted me in overcoming my personal challenges but also became a wellspring of inspiration for much of my artwork during that period. The introspection and growth that accompanied the program profoundly influenced and shaped my creative expressions at that time.
